You have heard our gift speakers talk at Mass. Please be sure to bring your gifts to the Parish Office as soon as possible or call 593-6157 and someone will pick up your donation.
500 GIFTS make up the total items offered on our Silent Auction Tables and Live Auction. Your gifts and those of the business community make this number possible. Some suggestions for gifts are the following:
Restaurants, Overnight Stays, Children & Adults Leisure Activities, Household Items, Jewelry, Airline tickets, Birthday parties, Gift Certificates, Golf and/or country club access, wine...

Please use our donor gift form to contribute your gift. Each item requires a separate form in order to be properly acknowledged and described in our auction catalog. The deadline for printing your gift in our catalog is February 18! Some donors choose to be anonymous. Please indicate if that is your choice.

Immaculate Heart of Mary’s 21st Annual Auction Dinner Dance “Saturday Night Fever” will take place at the fantastic San Mateo Marriott on Saturday April 24, 2010. We are creating a fun evening for all with an adventurous formal/seminformal theme that promises, as always, to be the social highlight of our church community. This terrific event is also our main fundraiser that helps to balance the annual operation budget of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
To help offset expenses such as printing, decorating, postage and entertainment we are looking for table sponsors. Please help us with your participation as a table sponsor. As a sponsor you or your company will be acknowledged in the parish bulletin, listed in the event program, listed as a supporting sponsor in the church entrance, and of course have your name or company name prominently displayed on the table. The cost of sponsorship is as follows:

- SILENT AUCTION TABLE SPONSOR $200.00
- LIVE AUCTION TABLE SPONSOR $500.00
- SILENT AUCTION ROOM SPONSOR $1,000.00
